ABOUT
Jeff Boyd is running to be the next mayor of Orange Beach. Jeff has served on the Orange Beach City Council since 2012 and is currently Mayor Pro Tem.
Jeff has a proven record of principled leadership and collaborating with others to tackle some of our city’s most difficult challenges. Jeff and his wife of 31 years are longtime Orange Beach residents and proud parents to three children.
PRIORITIES
Smart Infrastructure
Orange Beach has experienced rapid growth, and to make our growth sustainable, we need to make wise infrastructure decisions. I have a track record of leveraging relationships with state partners to improve traffic flow. As mayor, I am committed to following through on projects like the Cross Island Parkway and bypass routes.
Excellence in Education
I will be a constant partner to Orange Beach City Schools because education is the bedrock of a healthy community. We will invest in our future and provide Orange Beach students with an education that sets the standard across the state.
Preserving Orange Beach’s Character
As mayor, I will never lose sight of the special charm that makes our city attractive. I will support responsible growth. We will limit developmental density in residential areas and take other steps to protect our quality of life.
